Wine in a Goblet

This is a new and original acrylic pour painting on a 12" by 16" stretched canvas. The colors are white, red, and a touch of gold.  After a white background was applied, red and gold paint was laid down on the canvas and manipulated by air to give the appearance of wine being splashed.  After the paint dried, a goblet was drawn to achieve the final affect.  It has been sealed with a clear gloss finish to protect the acrylic colors for years to come. The pictures do not do the painting justice.  The beauty of acrylic pour paintings is in the textures and movement of the paint to create one of a kind pieces of art.  This painting has muted cells and feathering to add a magical touch.
