Wood Tray - Maiden and Moon

The artwork is a circular disc with a celestial theme within a 12" wood tray.  First, the wood tray has a background of acrylic paint.  At the center is a large, glowing sun with golden rays radiating outward. Nestled within the sun is a full moon. To the left of the sun and moon is a serene female face in profile, decorated with intricate golden floral patterns and surrounded by small stars, giving a mystical aura. Below the face is a crescent moon, and birds are gracefully flying around the sun and moon. The outer ring of the circle features a grayish background with small white dots scattered across it, resembling stars or snowflakes, adding depth and contrast to the vibrant center. The overall composition blends elements of the sun, moon, stars, and nature, creating a harmonious and enchanting cosmic scene.  Epoxy resin was added to create a food safe surface.
